Voice recording oftewel het opnemen van telefoongesprekken kan voor veel verschillende toepassingen worden gebruikt. Denk hierbij o.a. aan het trainen van medewerkers (U herkent vast wel de melding &#8220;dit gesprek wordt opgenomen voor kwaliteits- en trainingsdoeleinden&#8221;), het vastleggen van telefonisch gemaakte afspraken of het vastleggen van telefonische bedreigingen. Er zijn echter ook organisaties die wettelijk verplicht zijn om gesprekken vast te leggen. Het gaat hierbij in de Benelux dan voornamelijk om financi\u00eble instellingen (banken, creditcard organisaties, beurshandelaren etc.). Deze gespreksopnames dienen te voldoen aan de wettelijk gestelde eisen. U kunt zich voorstellen dat een organisatie moet kunnen bewijzen dat een gesprek niet veranderd is m.b.v. audio beweringssoftware, of dat een organisatie moet kunnen inzien welke personen een handeling met het gesprek hebben uitgevoerd (het gesprek beluisterd, of bijvoorbeeld gedownload hebben). Ook zijn er eisen omtrent de bewaartermijn van opgenomen gesprekken en het vooraf informeren van de klant (zowel nieuwe als bestaande) dat het gesprek wordt opgenomen. Al deze eisen worden samengevat onder de term Compliance Recording.<\/p>\n<p>Niet alle recording systemen die op de markt verkrijgbaar zijn voldoen volledig aan deze eisen. Zoals aangegeven gaat het bij Compliance Recording dus om meer dan alleen maar het vastleggen van telefoongesprekken. U moet dan ook vantevoren goed inventariseren of het aangeboden call recording systeem aan alle gestelde eisen kan voldoen. Nu <a href=\"http:\/\/bps.nl\/mifid\/\">MiFID II<\/a> voor de deur staat is het dan ook goed om tijdig met een expert om de tafel te gaan zitten en te inventariseren of uw huidige of nieuw aan te schaffen recording systeem aan deze eisen voldoet.
